GrowUpAI is an AI age progression web tool at growupai.app. These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and the GrowUpAI AI age progression tool. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of Services

GrowUpAI provides an experimental, creative image transformation service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features. The service may be unavailable, slow, rate-limited, or unable to process some images.

AI age progression results are entertainment and creative visualizations. They are not factual predictions, medical advice, forensic evidence, identity verification, genetic analysis, or a basis for decisions about a person's health, safety, or future.

Your Photos and Permissions

You must own or have permission to upload each image. You are responsible for obtaining consent from people shown in a photo, especially children, and for complying with privacy, publicity, copyright, and other applicable laws. Do not upload government IDs, medical images, intimate images, unlawful content, abusive content, or material intended to harm another person.

Intellectual Property

You retain rights you have in photos you upload. GrowUpAI and its licensors retain rights in the website, brand, software, design, and original service materials. You may download and use a generated result for lawful personal or commercial purposes only to the extent you have the necessary rights in the source image, any people shown, and the resulting use.

Third-Party Processing

The tool relies on third-party infrastructure to process image requests. A request may be transmitted to the provider used by the deployment so the requested result can be generated. Provider terms, technical limits, and retention practices may apply in addition to these Terms. See the Privacy Policy for the current description of data processing.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service in a way that violates law or another person's rights
• Upload content without the required permission or consent
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or technical restrictions
• Use generated results to harass, impersonate, defame, or deceive another person
• Present an AI age progression result as a factual prediction, medical conclusion, forensic opinion, or identity proof
• Upload malware or content intended to damage the website or its users

Termination

We may block or limit access when we reasonably believe a request is abusive, unlawful, unsafe, or harmful to the service or other users.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowUpAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or reliance on an AI-generated result arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after an updated version is posted means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
