Current product availability

The public GrowUpAI AI age progression tool is designed for browser-based creative use. Paid features, credits, or subscriptions may not be enabled in every deployment. This policy applies only if GrowUpAI presents a paid checkout or other paid entitlement to you.

When to contact us

Email support@growupai.app as soon as possible if you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, charged after a cancellation, or did not receive the paid feature or entitlement described at checkout.

Please include the email used at checkout, the transaction date, the amount and currency, the order or payment reference if available, and a short explanation of the issue. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or original portrait files by email.

Review of refund requests

We review refund requests based on the transaction record, the paid product or entitlement shown at checkout, whether the service was delivered, and applicable law. A generated image is an AI-produced creative approximation and may vary from one request to another; dissatisfaction with an artistic result alone does not guarantee a refund, but we will review the circumstances you describe.

If a refund is approved, the payment provider may be used to return the funds to the original payment method. Processing time can depend on the provider and your financial institution. We will not ask you to provide sensitive payment credentials by email.

Unauthorized charges

If you do not recognize a GrowUpAI charge, contact us promptly at support@growupai.app. You should also contact your payment provider or bank using its official support channel if you believe your payment details were misused.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy when paid features, payment providers, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version was published.
