How GrowUpAI handles uploaded photos, generated results, and basic website data

Introduction
GrowUpAI is an AI age progression web tool at growupai.app. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you upload a portrait, generate an age progression result, contact us, or browse the website.
Information We Process
- Uploaded images and prompts: When you use the homepage tool, the selected image and the transformation instructions required for the request are sent through our server to the third-party AI image-processing provider used by the deployment. Future Baby sends the two selected adult reference portraits and its generation settings for the same purpose. Do not upload an image unless you own it or have permission to process it.
- Generated results: The provider may return a hosted result URL so your browser can display or download the result. GrowUpAI does not publish uploaded photos or generated results as a public gallery.
- Technical and analytics information: The hosting platform, security systems, Google Analytics 4, and Microsoft Clarity may process information such as IP address, browser and device details, referral source, pages visited, and interactions. Clarity can create session recordings and heatmaps. GrowUpAI marks upload details, custom instructions, target-age settings, and image result areas for Clarity masking.
- Contact information: If you email us or use the contact form, we receive the email address and the content you choose to send.
- Payment information: If paid features are enabled, the selected payment provider may process checkout and transaction information. GrowUpAI does not ask you to send full card details by email.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate the AI age progression tool, return generated results, protect the website from abuse, respond to support requests, understand reliability and performance, process optional payments, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Uploaded images, generated media, and custom instructions are not intentionally sent as Google Analytics event data. GrowUpAI does not use your uploaded portrait to create a public profile.
Third-Party AI Processing
GrowUpAI currently uses Kie.ai to route image generation requests. Depending on the feature and request type, the deployed service may use Kie gpt-image-2-image-to-image and Kie gpt-image-2-text-to-image. These providers may process the image, prompt, and generation settings under their own terms and privacy practices. The tool is designed to send the information needed for the requested transformation, but GrowUpAI does not make a promise about a provider's retention, location, or training practices that we cannot verify. Review the provider's current terms before uploading sensitive material.
GrowUpAI also does not promise that every temporary request payload, hosted result URL, security log, or provider-side copy is deleted immediately. The applicable provider and hosting systems may retain limited information for their own operation, security, or legal obligations.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
GrowUpAI may use essential cookies or similar storage for security, preferences, or language settings. Production deployments use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to measure visits and understand site interactions. These services may use cookies or similar identifiers. Google Products and Advertising Disclosure
GrowUpAI currently uses Google Analytics 4 for site measurement and does not use it to serve personalized ads. Google may process cookies, IP addresses, browser or device identifiers, and page activity to provide analytics. Your Privacy Rights and Data Requests
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, request deletion of information, withdraw a consent you previously provided, or close your GrowUpAI account. You may also ask for information about how your request is handled.
To make a privacy request, email support@growupai.app with the request type and enough information for us to locate the relevant account or message. We may ask for reasonable information to verify the request and may retain a record of the request for security and legal compliance. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Deleting an account or request data from GrowUpAI may not immediately remove copies held by a third-party provider, hosting system, backup, or security log; where appropriate, we will forward or process the request with the relevant provider.
Data Choices and Safety
- You can choose not to upload a photo or to stop using the tool at any time.
- You can contact us at support@growupai.app to access, correct, or delete your information, close your account, or ask about a support message you sent to GrowUpAI.
- Do not upload government IDs, medical images, intimate images, or photos of children unless you have the appropriate permission and are comfortable with third-party processing.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures for the service, but no internet transmission or hosted service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy when the tool, providers, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version was published.
